The AI assistant is included in SafeSuite. AI Assessor goes further: it performs full functional safety assessments against ISO 26262, EN 50126, ISO 13485, IEC 62304 and other standards, as well as cybersecurity assessments.

It means that your license is tied to a specific computer.
You can work fully on requirements and templates with SafesuiteWeb. You’d need a desktop license for administration purposes. Remember, you cannot enjoy AI services with Web Access licences.
You would need an Admin license and a minimum of a user license for requirements management. The more licenses you have, the easier to control your activity log. Consider at least one license for each involved team (e.g. SW development, validation, System design…) as a good practice. For the rest of the components in the Suite (FMEA, FIT, ect) you would need a license per user.
Web licenses are designed to provide mobility and are assigned to individual users. Each user has their own license and can access SafeSuite from any browser. Floating licenses, on the other hand, are shared across a team. Users access the available licenses on a time-shared basis, allowing your team to make more efficient use of a limited number of licenses.
Your SafeSuite dashboard lets you monitor the available licenses and track the usage of each license, giving you visibility over how your team is using them.
Because Floating licenses allow multiple users to share the same licenses, they are priced differently from Web licenses

AI Agent is a separated license. You don’t need all the suite to use it, but in terms of reliability, cybersecurity or safety analyses you won’t be able to perform the ones which require the toolchain. Ask for a whole entreprise package in this case.
